Understanding our "Zero Hidden Charges" guarantee.
1. The Core Philosophy
At Frontline Relocation India, we believe that trust is the foundation of every move. Our pricing model is built on absolute transparency. When we say "Zero Hidden Charges," we mean that the quote you receive after our verification process is final. We do not add "convenience fees," "fuel surcharges," or "unloading tips" at the last minute.
2. Advanced AI Estimation
Our portal uses a sophisticated logic grid to estimate your move based on volume (Property Size), distance, and service grade. However, to maintain 100% accuracy, every automated quote is reviewed by a human Move Manager. This ensures that unique items like grand pianos, heavy gym equipment, or delicate artwork are accounted for before the truck arrives.
Critical Cost Factors
If a lift is unavailable and items must be carried via stairs above the 2nd floor, additional labor mobilization costs apply. These are always declared upfront.
Standard labor is calculated for a distance of up to 50 meters between the truck and the building gate. Distances beyond this require extra manpower.
3. Adjustments & Variations
A price adjustment only occurs if the inventory declared during the booking significantly differs from the actual items on the moving day. For example, if a 2BHK booking turns out to have 50 additional boxes or a bike that wasn't mentioned, the quote will be updated based on the standard rate card before packing begins.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Relocation requires significant mobilization of labor and fleet. While we allow free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the move, last-minute cancellations may be subject to a nominal convenience fee to cover the logistics costs already incurred by our team.
