Cancellation and Claims Management

1. Booking Advance

To confirm a relocation slot, a nominal booking advance is required. This advance is used to mobilize the required fleet and packing crew for your specific date. The advance is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled move time.

2. Cancellation Timeline

  • 72+ Hours: 100% Refund of booking advance.
  • 24-72 Hours: 50% Refund or free rescheduling to another date.
  • Less than 24 Hours: The booking advance is non-refundable as logistics and labor costs are already incurred.

3. Damage Claims

If you have opted for "Full Coverage" or "Premium Protection," any damages must be reported to the Move Manager within 24 hours of delivery. Our survey team will inspect the items, and the refund or repair amount will be processed within 7-10 working days after verification.

4. Over-payment

In case of any over-payment due to duplicate transactions or changes in inventory size (resulting in lower final cost), the difference will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
