Agreement for Relocation Services
1. Scope of Service
By using the services of Frontline Relocation India, you agree to engage us for the transport, packing, and handling of your domestic assets as specified in your booking order. Our service is deemed complete once the items are delivered to the destination address and the delivery is signed off by the customer or their representative.
2. Quotation & Pricing
Quotations provided through our portal are preliminary estimates based on the details provided (Property size, floors, distance). The final price may be adjusted after a physical or video survey by our move managers. Any hidden or undeclared items (e.g., extremely heavy machinery or restricted hazardous materials) may result in additional charges.
3. Prohibited Items
Frontline Relocation India does not transport illegal substances, explosives, flammable liquids, jewelry, high-value currency, or hazardous chemicals. The customer is responsible for ensuring that no such items are included in the inventory.
4. Liability & Insurance
While we maintain a 99.9% safety record, we strongly recommend opting for our "Full Coverage" protection for high-value moves. In case of standard transit, our liability is limited to the terms specified in the carrier's agreement. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the relocation date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a nominal convenience fee to cover logistics mobilization costs.
